This Model is produced as a top model of the Maxi Model. It works fully automatically.
Machine, Front Robot, Rear Robot and Picking Robot work fully automatically under operator control.
Production pallets are loaded into the machine by forklift and the products that come out of the machine are transported to the drying area by forklift.
In this model, a single-layer product is produced. For our customers who want to produce double-layered products, we have the Maxi Double Premium Model option.
In this model, the dried products on the pallets are collected by the Picking Robot.
That is, the pallets leave the machine as full and enter the machine as full.
This model has five capacity options: ZIM 8, ZIM 10, ZIM 12, ZIM 15 and ZIM 18.
For the concrete production system required for this model, you can choose one of our models such as ZIM BS MAXI, ZIM BS ECO SINGLE, and ZIM BS MAXI SINGLE.
