Eco Double Premium Model

This Model is produced as a top model of the Eco Double Model. It works semi-automatically.
The machine is managed by the operator. Front Robot and Rear Robot work automatically. Our fully automatic model is the Maxi Double Model.
Production pallets are loaded into the machine by forklift and the products that come out of the machine are transported to the drying area by forklift.
In this model, double-layer products are produced. For our customers who want to produce single-layer products, we have the Eco Premium Model option.
In this model, the dried products on the pallets are collected with human power. You can use the COLLECTING ROBOT to collect the dried products.
This model has six capacity options: ZIM 412, ZIM 820, ZIM 1025, ZIM 1230, ZIM 1536 and ZIM 1842.
For the concrete production system required for this model, you can choose one of our models such as ZIM BS ECO, ZIM BS ECO 2, ZIM BS MAXI and ZIM BS ECO DOUBLE.
