U TYPE SYSTEM

The U TYPE system is an automatic machine configuration. It is a real solution tool for companies looking for a full automatic machine with a limited budget. Our system, which can perform “Production-Cubing-Packaging” operations automatically, only requires the use of forklifts to transport the pallets. While the front and back robots in same side, you can use only 1 forklift in this system. So it can decrease you operation costs. Also as an extra, you are able to use both sides of pallets in this system.

It works with production pallets with legs and these pallets are able to be stacked on the top of each other. Your machine will give you stacked pallets and your forklift driver will bring it to the drying area. It will dry in there and your forklift driver will bring them again to machine. Our collector robot will take dry products from pallets and stack them in shipment pallets. So you only transport the pallets and machine will work full automatically.
